Running a half marathon in just under 10 weeks. Been focusing on a rotation of Threshold, vO2 Max and Long runs, with a goal of running under 1:30. Anyone got any tips for this? Still strength training 3 days a week and in a calorie deficit (but I think o might need a bit more fuel)…
