ever since i found out i can’t have garlic (rip) we’ve gotten funkier with our substitutes for “garlic bread” sides. tonight’s meal: veggie chx parm pasta w/ parmesan black pepper soft pretzels. 10/10 slay of a friday night meal

today my coworker & i sat outside our university union and encouraged people to write postcards to their elected officials & uni admin. we also passed out info on how to submit comments to oppose LB552 in nebraska. in ~2hr, we had 50 stamped post cards ready to send out!!!

Unless you’re disabled or chronically ill and isolated from a society that makes every in-person human interaction a risk to your life then you don’t get to lecture me about which social media I should quit because your “moral high ground” demands I become even more lonely and alone.

got some good light today so took the opportunity to make my partner take higher quality photos of my recent embroidery piece so so so thrilled with how this turned out. i learned so much!! 🪡

went to the library this morning. put 20 minutes on the meter in case i wanted to browse or got to chatting with one of the employees. ended up leaving with three books in four minutes 😅
