Had a medical appointment yesterday, and I encountered two neo-nazi banners crudely hung above the highway, several cars will full-size black Trump Presidency flags hanging out of their rear windows, and people holding signs outside of women's clinic with the phrase "Your body my choice".

I know too many friends who are self-harming right now, and I can't say I blame them. I try to reach out as best I can, I wish I could just make this all better. It's not much, but I am trying to do what I can to help. We need community more than ever.
