Got an HRT consultation coming up in September. I'm nervous not about what's going to be discussed but if my insurance will cover the cost of HRT in todays political climate. I've made so much progress on transitioning, my mind is in such a better place now and I'm ready for the next step.

One thing I've been slowly unlearning while living on my own is to not suppress my laughter. I wasn't abused or anything if I made a sound above a certain threshold it was more a guilt thing. I didn't want to make too much noise to disturb people.

Don't want to go to sleep because I have work tomorrow (14th day in a row no days off) and just want to stay up and contemplate my life. But if I don't go to sleep I will be miserable all day and feel like a failure. Only person at work who had to work these 14 days straight and I get no bonus.

I have earned a total of 5 new paper cuts today. Almost a record for this time of the year. I expect to earn more.

I really didn't want to go back on this pill I stopped taking in June because it gave me gut problems and psoriasis while on it but being off it is what's killing my mood and motivation. I have no inspiration rn while off it except to do menial little things that I'm not even finding joy in.

Falling back into that same mindset I started having at the beginning of July. Time for another hiatus.

My social battery depletes fast when I visit with family. I like to eat quietly but the 3 youngest just try to talk to me while I'm trying to enjoy food. If they didn't I'd probably be able to last longer. I don't hate them it's just extremely tiring being yapped at like I'm supposed to understand.
