My novel project has gone through a lot of changes during the writing process, but I've finally settled on a fairly small novella-length thing instead of the sprawling idea I started with. I'm not sure if I'll be able to finish it within 2025 but I will try.

I've written something like 120k words for my book in total, but I realized a lot of that will have to be cut or moved to another book. I had to do some plot restructuring stuff cause it's supposed to be the first book in a series.

Kinda crazy that the Animatrix, something made basically as a series of auxiliary promotional vignettes for another film series, ended up being as timeless and good as it is.
