I need to train myself to be less stressed when doing art trades or commissions. There's some dumb part of my brain that gets so worked up about living up to expectations when I actually haven't had a bad response since the old DA days!

I attend a weekly Drawpile and this week was themed around cereal mascots so I went with the only one I could recall. I took some creative liberties, of course!

An old character of mine who is harmless and cute and incredibly friendly. She's pretty much the opposite of the characters I usually draw, but there's something incredibly motivating about someone being really bad at something and yet have a great time trying it over and over.

Sometimes the most powerful thing an artist can do is draw something incredibly simple and stupid to make themselves or a friend laugh!

Finally managed to get a copy of "Shadowgate 64". It's got great atmosphere, but unfortunately gets very difficult. I'm all for challenging puzzles, but I don't see how you're supposed to solve some of these things without just trying every item in your inventory (with plenty serving no purpose)!

I just wanted to do a little sketch to show Nora's brother Narim getting resurrected and it turned into this whole thing. Now there's two of them.

Nora's brother got resurrected somehow etc etc. I want to go into detail on how it happened at some point and figure out what side effects being resurrected might have on them, since I want it to carry some weight.

Continuing through my N64 library. "South Park" was unfortunately a chore to get through, and I remember why I never got far into it when I first played. A lot of enemies have weakpoints that require more precision than the controls comfortably allow, and enemies often spawn right on top of you!

Been playing a lot of Mario Kart World, and felt inspired to draw this outfit for Birdo!

Replayed "Holy Magic Century" / "Quest 64" again. I wanted to try to do a run without using the spell that makes you invincible, and with a bit of grinding I was successful! Still a very charming game, even if it's got a lot of issues, weird mechanics, and is awkwardly balanced!

Heads up to new followers that despite my recent focus on gamedev posts I primarily post a lot of stupid furry stuff (including smut) since I'm too lazy to run multiple accounts.

Happy 40th anniversary to the Zelda franchise. I've always loved this series, and am doing my yearly Breath of the Wild playthrough. Playing this game still fills me with such good vibes, no matter how many times I revisit it. Very excited to see what's next!
