An innocent man was “mistakenly” taken and sent to a foreign prison. The Supreme Court ruled 9-0 he must be brought home — yet he’s still there. Every day this administration shows just how vile and lawless it remains. Bring him home!

It sounds like a win on the surface, but when you actually read it, the ruling is not all that favorable… so, so sad 🥺

This was one of the potential outcomes discussed at length in my pinned report. The Court is demanding signs of effort but not a specific result, which is a huge win for the Trump administration, as it appears to confirm its theory that El Salvador has control over anyone on its soil. This is bad.
