When I lived in Seattle I phoned someone at their equivalent of ‘the council’ saying - I’ve got garden rubbish on the pavement waiting to be picket up. There was silence & confusion on the other end of the line. i had to change it to “I have garden refuge on the sidewalk waiting for collection.” 🤷🏻‍♂️

Kay’s Bar has a great selection of bitters. Two of my favourites - Theakston Best and Lardlord. Both beautifully kept. But keep it to yourself, it’s a tiny (busy) bar.
