Maybe it's concerning when a character I've most related to in any piece of media ever is Sayori from DDLC but by god, the most seen I've felt was during her "I've had depression my whole life" speech. No other piece of media had put into words exactly how I felt whenever people showed care for me.

A beautifully drawn comic doesn't mean it's a good comic-- panelling and composition in comics is a whole other skill. You can be incredible at drawing and incredibly bad at drawing a comic at the same time. Legibility in comics doesn't even require pretty drawings in the first place.

Controversial comic opinion but: you should make that comic even if it's your big idea one first. Because if that's what gets you to start making comics, good. There's nothing wrong with not finishing it either if it's too much work, you can just stop! It doesn't have to be perfect.
