Here’s a CD I just found of James voice over for AVGN episode 40 Zelda Timeline. I wrote that episode in 2006. He got sick around the time of the Mario 3 episode, so I finally edited the video together because we had to get out an episode for Gametrailers every 2 weeks at that point.

Mickey 17 seemed like a combination of two Star Trek episodes to me. “Devil in the Dark” with the burrowing aliens. And “The Enemy Within” with the good and evil version of Robert Pattinson.

Disney replacing Muppets 3D with Monsters inc. Muppets are timeless and that was one of Jim Hensons last projects. Monsters Inc hasn’t been relevant to anyone in 15 years. Yet more bad decisions by Disney execs who all grew up on Marvel and don’t understand what they have.

I see someone post about this every single time I look at the internet for the last 15 years. YES we know already.

When I talk about how I like Disney - it’s mostly the early shorts and comics. For Mickey cartoons, i like the cartoons from roughly 1934-1938 the best. The later black and white and the early color Mickey’s were the best in my opinion. By 1939-1940, I really can’t stand Mickey anymore.

I liked the last two horror movies I saw in the Theater. Smile 2 and The Substance 👍🏻👍🏻

Physical Media is still amazing. Streaming causes a lot of compression which makes the visuals and sound very poor. Sure, streaming is convenient. But don’t you care about quality? Anyway, watching my Ninja Scroll dvd. Heard a blu-ray is in the works.
