My annual quiet, solo Solstice contemplation has been delayed this year. Gonna have to wait 'til after Christmas. 🫤 Hope I can get a couple days to focus inward and center myself.

I have a similar plan to write one called "Don't Wake Pathfinder Daddy" where some of the other frequent NPCs are trying to get Eando Kline to take a much-needed vacation, but various problems (including the overeager Rain In Cloudy Day) threaten to cut it short. The past week and a half has been: •1 burst of inspiration for a small project •acquiring another smaller one •And one long barely-above-PEM spell 'cause I guess I still can't workout twice a week even when I have the energy for the second bout in the moment.

After a couple failed days of trying to do some good writing progress, I changed tactics and took an intentional rest day. Turned into spontaneous good writing a couple hours before bedtime.

When you're playing a Highland dancer dragonkin with a barathu partner who looks like a set of bagpipes, your character speaks a pidgin of Scots, Doric, and various Scottish dialects of English, and the party is trying to translate databanks in a language no one speaks. #Starfinder #GameNightQuotes

Random appreciation post for @oddfishgames.bsky.social. I've bought packets of their adventure scents the past two Gen Cons. The first one I used in a game (putrid sewers), but the others have all been pleasant scents that are just really nice to open up and smell when I need grounding.
