Some good immigration news to share lately: marriage-based green cards approved, I-751 + N-400 approvals at interview, consular processing approvals for spouses and parents abroad, and a successful naturalization interview even with prior criminal history. The system is still moving!

#iceOut protests are happening today across the U.S. What we’re seeing isn’t about enforcement anymore, it’s about fear and cruelty!!

When a loved one is held in ICE detention for too long, it can feel overwhelming. Habeas corpus allows a federal judge to review prolonged detention and require the government to justify it or order release. It’s about preventing unlawful time in jail. Contact us using the link in our bio.

If you work for a company abroad and they want to transfer you to the U.S., you might qualify for an L-1 visa!!! It’s designed for executives, managers, and employees with specialized knowledge who’ve been with the company for at least a year.

Hot take: a lot of professionals already might qualify for an employment-based visa and just assume they don’t. EB-1, EB-2, EB-3 aren’t only for “exceptional” people, the criteria is more nuanced than most think.
