Denying trans people care simply they are trans is wildly unconstitutional but that's not something we can take comfort in anymore (if we ever actually could in the first place). Not really in an "offering hope or solutions" headspace right now, but I do believe a better world is possible.

The bill provision targets trans people only. This is why I was never a fan of "this will hurt cis people too" arguments. No, it won't. They always carve out cis healthcare from hormone bans. The argument just leaves you unarmed because you failed to argue how IT HURTS TRANS PEOPLE.
