At times i feel like i have to be gloomy and toned down and distant from people because when im happy i get too enthusiastic and talk too much and become very annoying and a burden and everyone hates me. And thats orobably not good for my health.

Befriending this guy really made me put things into perspective about how burnt out and on edge and scared and paranoid and way too eager to please i felt in previous friendships and that it doesnt have to be that way....
