After notifying my friends and family for a while and so many of them installing the app Signal as well: I’ve now officially removed my account and app from WhatsApp! I am now officially 100% gone from Meta!

Not using social media on my slow-ish flip phone (a MIVE style folder) makes my brain so happy that I also forget to go on Bluesky/Substack when I’m on my computer. I’d say my only “problem” is YouTube. But I mostly watch longform video’s about stuff I’m interested in. No doomscrolling anymore.
