“Now that’s a name I’ve not heard in a long time!” I’ve been sewing a robe using raw Eri silk fabric which I believe to be a close match to the fabric used on the original costume designed by John Mollo.

Here we go. In preparation for a set design workshop I’m taking in two weeks at Stratford, I need to read The Tempest. I haven’t read Shakespeare in years and I’m not familiar with this play. Wish me luck!

Filming is done, sets have been taken down and rentals are being returned. It was a fun time working on my first film project as a member of the Art Department; even more so in my hometown. That doesn’t happen very often.
