The wildfires hit the same night my family caught norovirus. Now, 5 days later, we’re still battling norovirus and the fires still rage. We’ve been insanely lucky to avoid evacuation so far, but my nervous system needs a break. Outside air is poison. Inside is contaminated. No safe spots. 😔
