Agree with you Abi that there are some obvious fixes that should be fixed before spending more resource on reviews that often fail to acknowledge what's obvious to those of us with lived experience! It would be already a step forward if you were listened to.

An AI powered NHS sounds great and definitely a way forward (with due Caldicott consideration etc.,) but there are wards without wifi, clinicians without laptops, can still take an age to get an NHS email address and basic information sharing isn’t straightforward either… there is a long way to go.
