Fact check: PDX Mayor Keith Wilson has been quoted multiple times as saying the 2023 PIT Count shows 26% of MultCo’s homeless population moved to Oregon while homeless. That’s incorrect. The 2023 PIT shows 15.4% of respondents moved here from out-of-state while homeless.
