EUModexTenerife 2025. Friday’s eruption drill in Garachico. 1000 operatives and a range of simulated scenarios: evacuations, confinements, traffic + gas incidents. Haven't tried fish there - but San Andrés, that seaside walk, and also the pools of Charco Azul are definetely worth a visit (some 2016 pictures below). I am sometimes a bit jealous of such a nice work environment like La Palma or the Canary Islands in general.

The joy of working regularly in La Palma is discovering new places. If you haven’t been for a potter around historic San Andrés and eaten fish next to the Church, get in on your bucket list! The coastal path is a short seaside walk to Charco Azul for a post prandial dip. 🌊 #CanaryIslands #LaPalma
