Banning is not a solution — Educating is. Ireland’s decision to ban mobile phones in primary schools aims to protect—but what if we miss a bigger opportunity? Instead of total bans, we should be teaching digital responsibility, self-regulation, and media literacy.

Phones aren’t just distractions; they’re also tools for learning, creativity, and communication—if used wisely. 🔄 Let’s shift the narrative from “control” to “capability.” Let’s raise a generation that knows how to use tech ethically, safely, and smartly—not one that’s shielded from it.
