Got a deem worthy giftable magnetic dart board from &delilah_s_14 on IG for the shop for Christmas! Finally got it up and its ready to go for anyone that wants a game! Between this and the Switch we have, we have the beginnings of a game room going!!

Rounding out the last of our new pizzas is our Four Cheese! Blue cheese, smoked gouda, parmesan, and mozzarella on our New York Style crust. Add bacon to this sauceless pizza for a touch of salt to cut that blue cheese richness. Also available as a flatbread!

We’ve added two new pizzas to our New York Style and Flatbread options, one of which is the Margherita! We had the first order of both the pizza and the flatbread go out last night. Ready to see more of these go out the door, which can be ordered through our website or calling us at (508)881-2431.

We sold our first order of a new addition to the menu at Nick’s- a fried mortadella sandwich. Served on a sesame seed bun with provolone and mustard, this simple sandwich was reportedly a favorite of the late great Anthony Bourdain. Grab one for $8.00 now! Goes great with an IPA!!

We had a group of Ashland High School students doing the first improv show in The Sidecar at Nick’s on Saturday! Here’s Harry (guitar), Kyle, and Greta. We’re missing Cam because he was late😁. They had a great show and did an impressive lift of an hour of comedy!!! #improv #openmic

We’ve got some new lighting up in The Sidecar for our Improv show/ open mic tonight. Bring some friends to see our collection of AHS students put on a show! And make sure you stop by our main seating area and get a caricature done by Jerry Shippee! Can’t Wait for to Illuminate Ashland!

Except for one missing member, we have our AHS improve group practicing for their show on December 13th, 5 pm -6 pm, as part of Illuminate Ashland. Come get a caricature made by James Shippee (5 pm - 7 pm), watch the show, and then take part in the open mic hosted by the group (6 pm - 7 pm)!

Set up is under way for the vendors at Nick’s for this year’s Holiday Stroll! Come down between 12 and 4 pm today for some Holiday shopping and a slice!

We’ll be hosting Bliss Creations, Siyara Creations, Nature Creations - Perler bead work, Quill & Canvas, and Keychain Krafts in the Main seating area of Nick’s this weekend, December 6th, from Noon to 4 pm. Come out and support Ashland’s youth entrepreneurs and have a good time!

Last night we hosted the Ashland Youth Basketball Girls 7th Grade White Team for their pre-game team building dinner. Then this morning we got to watch the 7th Grade Blue Team win their first game in the Hopkington Tap Off tournament! Ready for more basketball throughout the weekend!

Starting this Friday, September 5th, Nick’s Pizza will be expanding our pizza offerings to include NY Style Pizza alongside our stalwart Greek Style! Soft launched during Downtown After Dark in August, we are finally rolling out the new cook, new sauce, and new cheese! Try it out this weekend!

As part of Ashland's Downtown After Dark event on Friday, August 22nd, we'll be hosting karaoke for families and the youth of the MetroWest area. Come by from 6 pm - 8 pm and have some fun, no matter you skill level!

Picked up a copy of Haba’s Animal Upon Animal today for the shop’s game library!! Is it in German? Yes!, but luckily this is a game that is easy for all ages to play (and we’ll add a copy of the English rules from our personal library).

So far, the Clocker Classic is the most popular of our drinks at The Sidecar. Named for the Ashland mascot AYL Classic League, it’s strawberry and blue raspberry syrups and soda water, the colors of our town’s teams! Come down to The Sidecar and try this or one of our other drinks today!!

Its a great day for one of my favorite beers of all time purchased at Wine Empire in Ashland, MA. Goes great with pizza too, but I may be biased😉!

(1/3) Over the past year since taking over Nick’s Pizza and Grill, we’ve been eyeing making our seating space a place where the youth of Ashland, and surrounding communities, can come and hang out.

Every Thursday from 4 pm to 7:30 pm is Game Night. We recently had a generous donation of games that will permanently live at the shop, and were lucky enough to have some Ashland and Hopkington kids test drive one! Bring your own games or try some of the others from our library this week!!

Even a simple local pizza parlor like Nick’s isn’t immune from Bowser chasing Princess Peach. Luckily she and Toadette left him in the dust! Coming soon to Nick’s Pizza and Grill, you can kick some Koopa shell too!

We’re bring new things in to Nick’s Pizza and Grill, looking to transform our seating space into an area where the youth of Ashland, and surrounding towns, can meet up, have fun, and maybe grab a slice. Part of that is testing out some of our new equipment.
