Have to admit I’ve reached the age where I gotta re-think my fitness routine. My body can’t take as many high-intensity cardio workouts anymore, the soreness is real, my 50th is right around the corner. One day for yoga isn’t cutting it, I gotta introduce more stretching & recovery stuff. #TheOlds
