Had some frozen mango, strawberries, and blueberries (a mixed bag) which I put in a vessel of Yerba mate 🧉 that I’d brewed. As the iced tea was finished I took the fruit, and used it like old bananas and made some bread. I used a NYT recipe for a cardamom coffee banana bread as a guide.
