RADAR (7:30pm Tue): No active warnings as of this post, though 11 of our counties had one at some point this evening! This complex will continue to push east at 30-40 mph, with some lingering showers through Wednesday AM (mainly south).

RADAR (5pm Tue): Parts of 4 of our counties are under severe t-storm warnings as we enter the evening commute. Wind shear has lowered in recent analysis, and a lower hail/tornado threat along with it. Still, watch for downpours, lightning, and gusty winds as these cells trek northeast.

That southwest breeze has once again ushered in temps in the mid to upper-80s this Tuesday afternoon... setting the stage for more storms to bubble up over the next few hours.

2pm Tue update: Severe thunderstorm watch issued for most of NW Ohio/SE Michigan. Isolated/scattered storms are slated to pop up this late afternoon through evening (4pm-10pm). Damaging wind gusts will once again be the main hazard, though hail and a brief tornado can't be ruled out in some cells.

THE HOURS AHEAD: It's our last day in the 80s this week, with scattered storms (some strong) firing up by late afternoon and lasting through late evening. High temps will cool to the 60s (and even upper-50s) for the remainder of the week. #Toledo #weather

I want to emphasize that Tuesday's storms will likely be more isolated/scattered compared to a solid line like (most of) tonight's round... and with similar heat plus an added kick of wind shear, we can't rule out larger hail and a non-zero tornado threat, either.
