Last year the game awards had 150 million viewers. That is insane reach. For comparison a 30 second Super Bowl ad cost 6 million.

Kojima should have definitely won game direction.

Great show for announcements, extremely boring show for awards. Disappointing that a lot of games didn’t get the recognition they deserve.

Stuck in a game rut. Nothing grabbing me. Been playing Digimon Time Stranger a bit and it’s not bad but not amazing either.

Might just have to drop it. It’s not bad by any stretch but the shooting feels stiff because of the charge up mechanic. Just not feeling it.

Very interesting world so far.

I’m considering buying the new Octopath Traveler game but.. Everytime I’ve tried to play Octopath Travelers, I’ve only played a little and really bounce off the idea of playing 8 different stories. I don’t know why but it just puts me off, even tho I like everything else about the game.

About an hour deep into Cronos and I like it so far but I don’t love it. Hopefully it picks up so more as I get farther in.

Sonic Adventure 1 and 2 are some of my favorite games of all time and every other Sonic game I’ve tried to play has kinda sucked.

I’ve now passed the 1000 hour mark on Rivals. I’m pretty confident this will be my most played game ever.

I think the real game of the year is the friends we made along the way. But no actually that’s not true it’s Silksong.

I think Trails in the Sky is a really cringe game but not nominating it for best RPG just doesn’t make any sense. Like Avowed? Are we being serious?

Expedition 33 being included in all the indie categories kinda blows because it’s just gunna clean up those awards and less popular stuff just isn’t going to get recognized.

I’ve started Trails in the Sky as my next game. I’ve never played a Trails game before but I’ve heard this is a good starting point for newcomers. So far I like it a lot but also hate it a lot.

Decided to do a random playthrough of Pokemon Red because I’m in such a Pokemon mood lately.

Expedition 33 is my favorite indie JRPG.

I love Pokemon ZA and Mega Evolution but I will say it makes team building a little more boring. Only so many Pokemon can actually mega evolve and it feels like a wasted spot to have one that can’t.

I did the favorite Pokemon thing and I think it’s pretty spot on. These are my guys.

You know a game is really good, when you’ve been playing it for weeks but you still can’t wait to get off work and go play more.

If someone told me Silksong would be my GOTY and I wouldn’t play more than a few hours of Death Stranding 2. I seriously would not believe them.

It feels like Legends ZA was made specifically for my tastes. Infinitely better game than Arceus.
