Yesterday, we adopted some new housemates. Meet Hazel (long haired) and Jiji! 😻😻 They are 1, they've not had a great start in life. They've had 3 different homes and are very nervous. They started exploring in the afternoon, so hopefully they will be happy here 💖 My life is complete, I love them 😻

Went to see Fearne Cotton give a talk about her new book, she is one of the reasons I decided to start therapy 5 years ago and my first goal was to start saying no to things as a chronic people pleaser.
