Once you hit 40, sleep becomes an Olympic sport 😩 You can’t sleep on your stomach or your back. Temp better be perfect. You need 2-1/2 meals, 1.7 snacks, 96.3 oz of hydration, organic sourced mushroom 🍄 supplements, prayer (real ones), journaling, & 11 mins of yoga—just to function the next day 💀
