Today, I signed the Ministerial Order to increase Jersey’s minimum wage from £11.64 to £13 per hour, from 1st April 2025. A significant step towards a living wage for all. I’m proud to deliver on a @reformjersey.bsky.social manifesto pledge and will continue to champion steps that support workers.

Extending the school meals programme to all government fully funded schools was one of our 9 key pledges at the last election. We are delighted that this has now been delivered. Well done to Deputy Rob Ward and the CYPES team for making this happen 👏👏👏
