I remember Jim Rockhill's writing from Usenet. He's really quite good, and Le Fanu is a fascinating subject as well as a really good writer. ("Schalken the Painter" is one of the best horror stories of the century). That Rockhill write a bio of Le Fanu is splendid news. Buy it!
