Glad I booked my flight to Minneapolis last week. The flight was around 3/4 full and according to the news, fuller flights have less of a chance of being messed with by the airlines. Also I'm flying through AA hub airports which also helps.

It only took ten years and a friend visiting to find the salsa I've been looking for since Reser's stopped making theirs. Sooop good.

Went to El Patron, a restaurant I can only visit on days off due to travel time. Took a new way: bus to the end of the line & transfer to a second. Kind of a surreal ride on the way back from the end of the line. It was dark and drizzling out (unusual for ABQ). Lots of people happy for a dry bus.

Been having a ball with H&I's early Star Trek Anniversary tribute. A while afternoon/evening of Star Trek retrospectives.

When I have a choice I'll watch a movie on Tubi over Pluto because Pluto puts ads any fecking where they want and it's incredibly disruptive. Tubi seems to have some intelligence behind their ad timing where there's a natural scene change.

Labor Day so... laboring. Jeans and work clothes on. Weedhacking. Yard clean-up. Maybe play with loud tools in the garage. Later, grill and beer.

Turned on TV this morning to see Cartoon Network is missing. Seems Comcast moved it to a higher subscription. Admittedly I only watch it on weekends for New Loony Tunes and TTL but still it kinda sucks. I already drop $320/mo so they're not getting any more from me.

I pretty much knew the art on that shirt was from a comic book so I did some Googling. Man, there was a bunch of Daffy Duck and Road Runner pairings with really weird pics like Daffy using Road Runner as a sawhorse, etc. all with this weird size ratio (Daffy being small/RR being huge).

Yes, yes it is #CartoonRiding, but I'm not going to buy it. It's just to... messed up and weird and wtf like a lot of the art on that website. Would have put a direct link here but then everyone would probably get spammed with ads from the site.
