Сьогодні завершую свій 30тий тиждень регулярних тренувань. Це 122 занять - біг, футбол, кросфіт, важка вага. 🏋️‍♂️ Почуваюсь фізично здоровим, як ніколи раніше. Менталка теж добре покращується від тренувань. Регулярні тренування - це моє найкраще рішення у 2025 році.

Strava пише, що я сьогодні пробіг свої найкращі 5км за весь час. А у мене там близько 200 пробіжок записано. Так от, я люблю біг, але тільки після пробіжки 😅. А ще більше люблю добре поїсти після пробіжки 😋. www.strava.com/activities/1...
