Though this changes with my dragon form while it does take more stamina to maintain there is a perks such as I can fly faster carry up to 3 people and have more room for storage with some saddle bags

Going to start answering those questions now starting with this one "How much can I carry when flying" Great question this varries a little bit but the general rule is find that works is if its in a sling bag or backpack around 50 pounds in my human form or up to one person whos not to heavy *Dusk*
