I officially won the 12 week step challenge I did 472,120 more steps than my closest competitor. Totals are: 1,611,800 steps 1,233.31km I didn't really change my diet but I've lost 5kg and gone down 4 belt holes. My heart average bpm dropped from 65 to 56.
