The way I need hours to process Melissa’s performances lately is insane. Even absorb a tiny bit of what shes been able to pull out from Lucy’s character, is doing something to me, almost healing certain things i didn’t even knew needed to be healed. All thanks to the one and only Miss O’Neil.

Her ability to convey the anxiety and pain of the PTSD of taking someones life seriously has chills running down my arm. The anxious breathing , the shaky voice and hands, the look of horror being confronted with the truth the struggling to find the right words. Mel Im in awe girlfriend

I still standby that Season 8 is possibly my favourite season. Every episode has had me hooked. The action bringing insane stunts, and the emotions whilst occasionally unsettling just goes to show how incredible the acting is. Can't wait for the rest of the season 🥳

Being empathetic is such a gift and a curse at the same time and Lucy is the perfect representation of that. You came into the world with this much empathy and learn how to live with it is not easy, because even when you do the right thing for yourself you can’t help but consider the other’s feeling

I’m sick because empathy is something Lucy lives by and to kill someone is the least empathetic thing you could and although it was a act of self defense I know she feels like that part of her identity was stripped away. She’s always said without her empathy she’d be nothing… she’s a shell now ☹️

Im in a loss of words on how you can clearly FEEL the emotions her character is going through just looking at her acting. This is TALENT. We’ve seen this plenty of time, but Melissa will never stop impressing me. Give her all the recognition possible in this life!!!!!

This will hit Lucy so much deeper than her trauma after DoD because she is so deeply empathetic that killing someone will hurt her more than her getting hurt herself. Oh I’m really not ready for next week and how this will affect Lucy.

I am not ready to see how she will probably start questioning if every choice she makes is the right one. Because at the end of the day, she saw people go through this, but never been the one who has to go through it.
