Life with Ralph is my favorite thing. Every day we get to build something good together, love each other well, and dream about what’s next. I wouldn’t trade it for anything.

Our sweet Elmer got a clean bill of health today! She’s completely blind and has a congenital condition that affects her front paws, but none of that’s stopping her. She’s thriving, happy, and already so loved. 😻

Started 43 with balloons, Elmer, and a whole lot of happiness. 🎈🐾 Grateful for this life and the joy it keeps bringing.

My Ken finally did it. He got me my dream car. Pink, fabulous, and totally over the top. Ralph kicked off my birthday with a little sparkle, a lot of fun, and all the love. 💖💖💖

Finished 4th in my age group, 10th in the male group, & 16th overall!!

What a way to start the weekend. Ran the Juneteenth 5K, cheered on some incredible folks, and felt the love all around. This race means a lot. So does this community. Not a bad way to kick off birthday weekend. 43, let’s go. 🏃‍♂️🎉
