The duality of life is comfort and strife. The more we need the more we make, the more we make the more we want, the more we want the more we need. We work and bleed to feed and breed. The nature of life is wont and want. We live for what we have, not content with what we have to live.

There are times when you are alive and awake and that is more than you can take. When life is too strong and each day is too long. But be thankful you are awake and alive, as that means you might survive. Each new day is another new way for you find to stay and banish the gray.

Those that labor in the shadows, diligently maintaining a precarious order in the face of chaos and apathy, holding out to the bitter end, stoking flames of hope against the coming darkness, they were always there. We will never know all their names, but the future is bleaker without their efforts.

Especially in this age of tattoo removal and cover-ups, when your past regrets can be redacted. If you have changed from a piece-of-shit into a presentable person, you can take steps to scour your sins from your skin.
