1 year and 5 months later under the same resort bathroom's anabolic lighting. Slow and steady from 58kg to 62kg. It's also fun seeing the difference between what proper-ish posing can do under the same environment. Here's to more gains along the way 🤞💪

I don't normally have step goals but I've had good results with implementing those during a cut. It's definitely the most annoying part of the whole process though because it eats up so much time.
