It's satisfying when Imperial units line up with Metric ones! Take this oatmilk for example. 86, being divisible by 8, is perfect for halving, quartering, or eighthing recipes and 2.54, being perfectly divisible by 10, fits metric recipes really well.

I'm...almost annoyed at how good automotive cleaning products are for my furry and VR gear. Interior cleaners are designed to take biological residue off of hard surfaces designed to be touched for hours at a time, and they're also good at protecting fabrics.

I'm also going to post a separate thanks to @bino.gay and @lomg.fyi for making Club F.Y.N.N. this year possible by building the world. It's only separate because I hit the page limit on the last post.

Oh and one last thing? Some fun numbers they didn't go over at Closing Ceremonies. With the exception of the outage on Thursday, the encoder passed over 11.5 million frames with a total of 44 dropped across all three metrics.

For me, Furality Somna was the @furality.org experience I'd been hoping for over the past three years. I've been critical of them in the past, but they've shown active signs of being better, inside and out. All of those words I had put up at the Club closing applies to everyone there.

It's time to wake up from the most wonderful of dreams, as much as I don't want to (I'm still randomly tearing up, the PCD is strong). I can't wait to help out with whatever we have in store!

So to recap FWA 2025... 1. We ran the most powerful PA system the fandom has seen 2. @djgoofyvr.bsky.social brought us one of the first live timecoded sets to a furcon 3. @jjbbllkk.bsky.social absolutely killed it (probably one of the best sets I've mixed ever) And I can't wait to do it again.

So with the April-May Con Sprint behind me, I have to say that between TFF, LVFC, and FWA, I have the privilege of working with some of the most talented, most intelligent, and kindest people in the world. But beyond the work, and more importantly, they're amazing friends.
