I've always wondered what actually happens working with those VTuber managers. How often do they work with you? Do they take in account if the streamer also has an 8 to 5? I've been curious but not necessarily going all in and more of a consultation. I just need a few pointers.

Day 1. Let's begin.

A lot of my 2025 planned new years resolution ended up being able to cook more dishes and expand my culinary home cook skills... Lol. Something just clicked. Hoping to post and share my learnings along the way.

This year wasn't the best year for me mentally. I had many thoughts of quitting due to technical issues and IRL stress. I tried to distract and overload as much distractions as I could. However close to the end of the year, I decided enough, something has to change.

The last two weeks are the most I've ever done in practicing baking and other culinary techniques... I wish I could keep this momentum. I hope it's all worth it in the end. Also my neighbors enjoyed the bread and cookies. So that's a plus.

I should play other characters... I still don't know all the optimal combos as most of the time I played in casual matches. Lots of frustration and learnings. Ranked anxiety.

Yo my bread game is getting clean. Raised the hydration level. Added steam in the oven. I don't think I've had to buy bread at the store for a while.

Fixed my technique, more garlic bread.

Mmm garlic bread. Although part of the bread got stuck to the pan and tore. 10/10 still edible.

I watch one video of some bread making tips to refresh and my entire feed is all bread baking. 10/10 can't go wrong with this. Now I remember how therapeutic break making is as I anxiously wait for my loaves in the oven.

Time to snap out of doom scrolling. But I don't know what to focus on to even help. Feeling a bit overwhelmed. 🫂 All I got is food pics... Maybe some piano down the line once I figure out the cables and software.

Mmmm big pretzels... But I don't have the big flaky salts to go with. Just normal table salt. Still tasty as heck. 10/10 would make again and again.
