I had a dream last night I had a job that I liked doing, and was able to clock out and go home and just sit down on a couch I don't even have, in my own apartment where nobody expected anything of me. I woke up and got really sad. It's crazy to think that's an unrealistic dream now.

UPDATE: Found out I have EoE. It's an allergic condition that causes white blood cells (eisinophils) to build up in my esophagus when I have certain foods/allergens. I'm going to have a test in a couple months to figure out what exactly I'm allergic to, but at least I know what happened now.
