Today I tried to go see one of the most famous rocks in southern Massachusetts: Dighton Rock. Unlike the tourist-trap that is Plymouth, this one is just really hard to get to, and the Uber app doesn't even give the correct location for it. When I got there, I found the museum it's inside was closed.

Big news! East Taunton's infamous "frosted glass" footbridge is actually just a sticker that came with the windowpanes and they simply forgot to peel off when the station opened!

I just took the shortest GATRA ride ever: less than a minute from partway along the East Taunton station driveway to the station itself.

I have an idea for a commuter rail through-running in Boston. Not between North Station and South Station, no... I mean through-running the Greenbush Line and Kingston Line via Braintree! It would allow for more service to Fall River and New Bedford through the single-track bottleneck in Dorchester.
