I just submitted a complaint to Randwick Council about one of Sydney's most terrifying bike lanes. It is hard to enter at the top, too narrow, and at the bottom is an obstacle that will kill anyone who can't avoid it enough. Riding downhill on the street is safer than this death trap of a bike lane.
