Much of Trump's bullshit is for corrupt self-serving reasons, but he also has a grudge against the world. He argues that the US has spent money helping out the rest of the world over decades. I would argue the US has only ver done so in its own interest, whether to save itself from threats 1/2

The Goldwater Rule was self-serving for the AMA in the 60s. Doubtful that it was valid even then, but certainly nowadays, there is so much more exposure of the thoughts, words, behaviour and disposition of politicians that it is often perfectly possible to reach at least a presumptive diagnosis.

The USA desperately needs a psychiatric assessment to see if it has capacity to stay as the world's leading superpower. People of America. Donald Trump is 78 years old and has about a 12-15% chance of dying of natural causes in the next 4.5 years (until his end of term). He doesn't exactly look like the picture of good health. If Trump is elected and dies in office, JD Vance will be POTUS. Do you really want that?
