I cut my bangs back into a 'v' and my coworker said it looks perfect on me and "you have to have that goth mommy thing going on for them to work". I'm taking that as a huge win for today. And probably for life.

Just discovered @darebee.bsky.social and I think I found a new obsession. As I transition from physical therapy to being able to be a normal person and do normal work outs, this is going to be a go-to for sure. Time to use their exercise sheets to plan out my own workout and become a viking warrior!

Does anyone else have the version of ADHD where you seem like an airhead half (or more) of the time even though you're really not? It just like short circuits your brain and you end up seeming dumb because your brain fails to word how the words should word?

A thought: you want to look like others. A certain aesthetic or "look". You look at photos of unique-looking people and that's what you aspire to look similar to. But have you ever considered that maybe you were meant to be the unique look that others admire and aspire to look like?

Today has sucked. Just all around, it's been difficult. BUT it is also day 7 of no vaping. I have been smoking/vaping for more than half of my life and I haven't been advertising that I quit but I'm saying it now. Despite today being a suck-fest, I still have not picked up a vape or cigarette

Lately I honestly have hated my body. The only part of my body i don't currently hate is my legs. They're all muscle right now. But over the past few years and especially the beginning of this year, ive gained a lot of weight. And it's really difficult for me. I have struggled with hating (1/5)
