they represented asa's feeling of being betrayed and feeling like a completely foreigner on a place she once knew so well in such a beautiful way. now, she was no longer asa takumi, what she once knew was turned upside down

another change that caught me by surprise was them adding makio replying to the minori inside her head. being at her house and going thought her stuff made makio meet a minori she never met before, something that clashes with the one the still lingers inside of her

one of the biggest change they did for episode 3 was asa asking makio for help and makio going after her, while in the manga asa choses to find the way home herself while makio waits with her phone in hand. i find this change so beautiful and show how their slowly getting closer

subaru to suu-san was definitely an emotional ride. it’s a heartbreaking story, specially seeing subaru having to let go of the life he knew so well and to be completely lost on what to do, but also one of those stories that make us remind ourselves that we are surrounded by love

the goose guard- not to be confused with the silly goose brigade, which is a completely different outfit

i love adding things to my tbr with little to no information. “subaru to suu-san” already got me hooked and i’m not even deep in volume two. the scene where subaru goes back to the restaurant and watch what used to be his life…oh, how painful it was
