I stopped taking my ADHD meds for a couple days so I could nap during the day while I was sick. You sure notice the difference when you stop taking meds! My brain was all over the place. I was getting into arguments with my partner. I kept forgetting everything!

I finally convinced my GF to play "It Takes 2." It's really fun! It's very fitting since it's about a couple that were about to divorce. (We almost separated.) They are turned into dolls by a spell and they have to work together to get back to real life. I think it's helping us. #ItTakes2

ADHD 🧠Tip: I started using Google notes and it's helping me a lot. I think of something I have to do, say "Hey Google, add a note to clean my water bottle." I have a daily reminder to check the note app. Then I can add stuff to my calendar from there, or at least have a place to check stuff.
