Happy new year to all the artists who haven't had time, energy, passion, or any other needed resource to draw enough personal stuff to join end-of-the-year memes in 2025. May we find more of all of the above in 2026, as well as compassion for ourselves if we don't!

Just a few hours left of 2025! I had a very busy year, very productive. I also finally got a diagnosis for endometriosis so for once in many years, I’m virtually pain free. Photos are my folder filled with all the Toony avatars I sketched this year. There’s over 400 pages. Onwards to 2026!

Heads-up, instagram is going to use our posts to train their Meta A/I soon. I think it'll be short until they add the horrible Xwitter edit options too. This year we've lost all of privacy policy left, and it wasn't even fair. That truly makes me wonder if we're better off socials as a whole.

My sketchbook philosophy is draw small draw fast draw again. Let your mistakes work for you rather than against you! The more you build up speed the less you get paralyzed on risky creative decisions and the faster you get over failed attempts. If it didn’t work, make a new one and try differently

Apparently Paypal is now asking those who commissioned artists through invoices for feedback on the experience, Please never type anything, Its a trap. Just putting both yours and their accounts at risk of bans.
