TGIF! To help welcome back the weekend I baked this multigrain #sourdough loaf. It’s whole wheat, but also contains rye and oats. For good measure I also added some psyllium husks and flax seed meal. It took forever to rise, but surprisingly it turned out light and fluffy. 😋
