Do not wait to claim DONE before running AI code reviewers. Run reviews early and often. You couldn't do this with humans. Until recently it was cumbersome to do this with CodeRabbit. Don't wait until the bitter end. Fix and refactor not just continuously, but constantly.

"Spec first" is a temporary fad. I can already get things done faster and better by throwing vague ideas at very good models. I can't think of everything up front. Nobody can. Because the models can iterate quickly and clean the code later, writing a spec is mostly foolhardy. This is the way.
