To be fair, I don't like Bluesky. It's mostly due to having the same vices of Twitter like the annoying algorithm or specific posts being hard to find. What makes it worse is not only it being harder to seek niche interests, but it becoming the new echo chamber.

Another longpost of the day, but I don't like Bluesky being a far-left progressive echo chamber, or at least painted as such. I get it that many LGBTQ people and amateur artists ran off Twitter due to new controversial policies, but I do believe in freedom of speech as well.

Despite me hating what Twitter has become (even BEFORE Musk X'd it, mind you, it was on decline since the Tumblr adult content ban), I don't plan on deactivating my account there.

Personally I'm not the biggest fan of Bluesky, seeing that reportedly the staff can be overly ban-happy at times, as well as the userbase having its rotten apples here and there, however from what I've seen Bluesky seems to be less politically charged nowadays than Muskosphere.
